Yes, each resident is allowed to bring up to 2 guests to the clubhouse. However, groups of 15 or more people (including residents) must reserve a space for their group gathering. Please see our Facility Rental page to reserve a space for your group.

Yes, we are pleased to offer four spaces to our residents to rent for private events. Please see the Facility Rental page for more information.

 

If you would like to rent a space, please fill out the Private Rental Request Form. Please submit all requests at least 14 days prior to the event.

Overnight street parking is prohibited with the exception of a temporary 48-hour guest parking pass. 

 

For a temporary guest parking pass, please submit a Notification for Homeowners to Desert Ridge Community Association.

Residents must be 16 or older to use the gym. If you are under the age of 16, you must me accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Aviano's trash collection day is Tuesday. Please place your trash cans for pickup after 6PM on Mondays, and put them away by 6AM on Wednesdays.

As you may know, motorized vehicles including electric bikes, scooter etc., are not allowed on walkways, sidewalks or pathways anywhere in Aviano common areas.

 

What you may not know is that operating electric scooters and electric bikes on sidewalks is also against City of Phoenix law. At the end of 2023, City of Phoenix also passed a law that requires riders of electric bikes and scooters to be 18 years or older to which violations are a minimum $100 fine. Arizona state law also sets the maximum speed of class 2 electronic bikes (motor only, no pedal-assist) and electronic scooters at 20 mph. Anything exceeding that maximum speed of 20 mph may require motorcycle licensing. For more information, please see the link to ARS 28-101.

Desert Ridge Community Association restricts rentals to a minimum lease period of 6 months. Aviano requires a lease agreement of 6 months or longer to obtain keys fobs to use the amenities.
